Bolts that cut off in a Roll head are extremely difficult to remove. About the only thing you can do is drill they out. Since there is a significant risk of to damage the wire on the engine head, this job is extremely difficult to do correctly. When it's all finished, you would have have drilled through No matter what is left of the bolt and removed all of the bolt pieces--but left the wire on the engine head in tact. |

Step 1 Secure the drill bit in the drill and to tighten the drill chuck counterclockwise. Step 2 Fit a drill bit for the bolt. to choose a drill bit that is slightly smaller that the diameter of the bolt. You to want to try to to destroy the bolt without to damage the wire on the Roll head. Step 3 Create a starter groove in the bolt. Slowly drill a groove in the center of the to remain bolt in the engine head. Step 4 Slowly increase speed up to completely speed once you to have a full groove worked in the bolt. The bolt would have begin to cut up as you drill through it. Step 5 Stop drilling periodically and use the magnetic wand to free space out any metal filings and bolt pieces. Step 6 Continue to drill until the bolt is removed of the Roll head.
